A Letter from the Founder

Welcome to Drey Fashn.

I'm Audrey Pappoe, founder of Drey Fashn.

Born in Ghana and now based in Dubai, my life has been shaped by travel, culture, and a deep appreciation for craftsmanship. Having lived in France, the United Kingdom, the United States, and now the United Arab Emirates, I've been fortunate to experience different cultures, traditions, and ways of life. Every place I've called home—and every destination I've visited—has left a lasting impression on me.

I've always been fascinated by how colour tells a story. The turquoise waters of tropical islands, the earthy tones of ancient cities, the vibrant energy of bustling markets, the peaceful greens of rainforests, and the golden glow of desert sunsets have all influenced the way I see design.

When I returned to Ghana, I saw those memories come to life through the incredible skill of local artisans. Together, we transformed travel-inspired colour palettes into handcrafted fabrics using traditional tie-dye techniques, creating garments that celebrate both global inspiration and Ghanaian craftsmanship.

Drey Fashn was born from a desire to create clothing that feels beautiful, comfortable, and meaningful. Every pair is made from 100% cotton, thoughtfully handcrafted, and designed to move effortlessly with the woman who wears it.
